S.S.C.P. is a strict S.S.S. or Secret Spy Service and they do not attack unless threatened or if they feel like it. The only ones who can give the orders are Blacky Jow and Hero981 and if they aren’t around, Cheeze92024, Agent6499 and Yuzhann Vong. And if they aren’t…well you can figure that one out on your own.
